Pass Powderkeg is a municipal recreation facility which requires a significant financial subsidy from local taxpayers to operate. In recognition of this contribution, reduced season pass rates are available to residents/ property taxpayers of the Municipality of Crowsnest Pass or Municipal District of Pincher Creek No. 9. Proof of residency is required at time of pass pick up.
