What to Expect

What to Expect

  • Season passes can be purchased online. Once you’ve purchased, your online account will allow you to upload photos ahead of time; this is our strong preference.  For pass pick up, office hours outside of operating hours will be made available for pass purchasers to get photos taken, passes printed and waivers signed.
  • Lift Tickets, Lessons, Rentals and Packages will all be available for pre-purchase online. On weekends and holidays, products will be ready for pick up from our White Outdoor Tent from 9:30-11am.  After those times or on week days, they will be available to grab and go from the Ticket Office.
  • If you require rentals, please arrive early. We will be limiting people permitted in the rental shop area.  If you are pre-booking rentals, ensure your sizes are accurate as to reduce the time in our shop.
  • Face coverings are required per provincial manditory requirements in all indoor spaces and areas where 2m distancing is difficult.
  • Staff will wear face coverings outdoors when social distancing is not possible and in all indoor spaces.
  • We do not expect to limit outdoor capacity this season.  We may re-visit this if the local situation changes.
  • Guests will be expected to ride the T-Bar only with members of their household or solo if arriving alone.

  • The lodge will be limited to 15% capacity at any given time.
