Family - 2 Adults and up to 4 Children under the age of 18, all living under one roof. Additional Children – at ½ price pass rate. Children Under 5 do not count as part of the 4 children. Students within the family must apply individually.


Season Pass Insurance and Refund Policy

• Season Passes are non transferable
• There are no refunds of season passes with no exception, unless Season Pass Insurance is purchased
• Season Pass Insurance must be purchased at the time of the season pass purchase
• Season Pass Insurance costs $25.00 per pass or 
$50.00 per family pass.

Limits of Season Pass Insurance area as following events:

• Injury, illness or death of an insured that prevents participation in skiing or snowboarding for more than 30 days. Supporting documents from a physician must accompany the request.
• Transfer by the current pass holder’s employer necessitating a change of residence more than 400kms from the Pass Powderkeg Ski Area. Support documentation from the employer must accompany the request
• Pass Holders voluntarily leaving the area, are not covered under this insurance
• Other than the conditions listed above, a season pass is not refundable
• A seasons pass is not transferable

Season Pass Insurance DOES NOT cover:
- Intentional self injury
- Pre-existing injuries, pregnancy or emotional disorders 
- Acts of God, fire, vandalism, labour disputes, weather conditions or mechanical failures.

Refund Schedule:
 Prior to Dec. 31 - 80%, 
Jan. 1 - Jan.31 - 60%, 
Feb. 1 - Feb.28 - 30%, 
Mar. 1 - Mar. 15 - 15%, 
After Mar. 15 - 0%

Pass Powderkeg must be notified within 15 days for injury 
or notice of relocation by employer
